1. Noodle-making production line is composed of vacuum flour mix system, flour curing system, compound flattenning system and noodle forming system.

2. Noodle-making production line adopted photoelectric control. High-degree of automation, the whole production line could be operated by one or two person. Rollers with ripple are adopted in order to make the dough slice flexible and nice tasty. The machine operates steadily. Featured with low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance.

3. Noodle-making production line is designed according to the construction feature of fresh noodle. Vacuum flour mix improves the quality of dough. Curing system is designed as the “first in, first out” principle. Rollers with ripple improves the gluten net structure which makes the noodles more delicious.
